We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order you have placed with us. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you as a customer and to us as a business.
If you need to cancel an order, we kindly ask that you do so within 10 hours of placing the order. If you cancel within this time frame, there will be no charge or penalty for cancelling your order.
However, if you cancel your order after the 10-hour window has passed, we may not be able to process your cancellation request in time, and your order may already be on its way to you. In this case, we regret that we will not be able to offer a full refund, and a cancellation fee may apply.
