It is formulated with Ceramide AP and NP to soothe irritated skin, while preventing moisture loss and reinforcing skin barrier. This toner contains Sodium Hyaluronate and Betaine to further amplify soothing and moisturizing effects for sensitive skin, while reducing inflammation. This toner has a milky texture that delivers deep hydration to skin with a non-sticky and refreshing finish. It is fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types.
