Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all registered customers of Oriental Beauty.
• Referrals (Friend) must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase from Oriental Beauty.

2. Referral Offer

• As a referrer, you will earn Tk.100 for each successful referral.
• Your friend will receive Tk.100 off their first purchase when they spend Tk.1000 or more.

3. How It Works

• Share your unique referral code with friends.
• To qualify for the discount, your friend must use the referral code at checkout.
• A successful referral is considered when your friend makes a minimum purchase of Tk.1000 or more in their first order.

4. Referrer Rewards

• For each successful referral, you will receive Tk.100 as a reward.
• Your reward will be credited to your account within 7 business days of the referral’s completed purchase.

5. Referral Code Usage

• Referral codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The referral code must be used at the time of purchase; it cannot be applied retroactively.

6. Restrictions

• You cannot refer yourself or use multiple accounts to generate referrals.
• Oriental Beauty reserves the right to withhold or void rewards if fraudulent activity or code abuse is suspected.

7. Program Duration

• Oriental Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. General

• The referral reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• By participating in the referral program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
