Laneige Cream Skin Refiner is a skin fortifier, which is specially formulated for providing deep hydration and strengthen skin’s barrier of the skin. It is a toner with a new formula in which a whole bottle of cream is dissolved into the toner to keep your skin hydrated and healthy. It provides 2-in-1 formula, preps and softens your skin like a toner and moisturizes like a cream. This cream skin refiner works by penetrating the skin the same way a watery toner would relieve your skin from dryness while locking the moisture into the skin. After applying this skin refiner, your skin feels moisturized longer. The star ingredient of this cream skin refiner is White Leaf Tea Extract which is used after going through the Dutch cold brew extraction process, by this method, the benefits of the ingredient are increased by 150percent.
